All users of this site and our services are subject to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, applicable state and federal laws, and any signed service agreements or client contracts.

By using this website or engaging in any Fonte Enterprise services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Fonte Enterprise services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be a U.S. resident or authorized to receive credit-related services in the U.S.

  • Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements

Fonte Enterprise reserves the right to decline service or terminate accounts if eligibility is not met.

3. Nature of Services

Fonte Enterprise offers

  • Credit repair and dispute processing under FCRA compliance

  • Credit coaching and consultation (digital or phone-based)

  • Financial readiness and homebuyer programs

  • Business and personal funding guidance

Our services are educational and administrative in nature — we do not act as legal or financial advisors. All actions are performed with your authorization and in accordance with federal law.

4. Legal Compliance

Fonte Enterprise operates under:

  • The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

  • The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

  • The Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)

  • State Finance Codes, where applicable

We do not promise or guarantee the removal of accurate information or a specific increase in credit score. All disputes are filed according to your legal rights as a consumer.

5. Payments & Billing

All service fees, deposits, or subscriptions are clearly stated before purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Fonte Enterprise to process payments using your preferred payment method.

Split Payments

Certain packages allow 50% upfront and 50% upon verified Round 1 results.
If no results are verified, the remaining 50% will not be collected.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only before services begin.
Once onboarding, file setup, or disputes start, payments become non-refundable.
False chargebacks are subject to a $500 administrative fee and may result in collections action

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure success and timely results, clients must:

  • Maintain active credit monitoring access

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information

  • Review and sign agreements promptly

  • Respond to required documentation requests

  • Avoid applying for unnecessary new credit during services

Failure to maintain active credit monitoring or communication may delay or terminate services.

7. Service Duration

Each Fonte Enterprise agreement covers a 6-month term unless otherwise stated.
The duration may vary based on individual credit profiles and service type.
Services may end earlier if your goals are met or by mutual agreement.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Fonte Enterprise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Payment is past due by more than 10 days

  • Monitoring or contact access is lost

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

  • You violate any portion of these Terms

Reinstatement may require a $250 reactivation fee plus any outstanding balance.

9. Results Disclaimer

Fonte Enterprise cannot legally guarantee results or deletions of specific accounts.
Outcomes depend on bureau responses, creditor documentation, and your participation.
We promise to act ethically, diligently, and in compliance with all consumer protection laws.

10. Communication Policy

All communication between Fonte Enterprise and clients must take place through the secure client portal or official email channels.
We do not provide case support through text messages or social media direct messages.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive relevant updates via SMS, email, or automated notifications (you may opt out anytime).

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on fonteenterprise.com are the property of Fonte Enterprise and protected under copyright law.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fonte Enterprise, its owners, staff, or affiliates shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss of data, income, or credit opportunities

  • Any decisions you make based on advice or reports provided

  • Delays caused by credit bureaus, postal services, or third parties

Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be resolved through direct communication between you and Fonte Enterprise.
If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with Texas state law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Fonte Enterprise may update these Terms periodically to reflect new regulations or service updates.
All changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
