At Fonte Enterprise, all payments are final once services begin. You may request a full refund within 3 business days of signing up, provided no onboarding, consultation, or dispute work has started. After onboarding or file setup, payments become non-refundable since time and resources are immediately allocated. For Split Pay clients, only the initial 50% setup fee is charged upfront, and the remaining 50% is collected after verified Round 1 results — if no verified results are achieved, the second half is not billed. Unauthorized chargebacks incur a $500 administrative fee and may result in account termination or collections. To cancel a service before work begins, contact [email protected]. Approved refunds (when eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
