Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Everything You Need to Know About Working with Fonte Enterprise

What is Credit Repair?

Credit repair involves identifying and correcting inaccurate or outdated information on your credit report to help improve your credit score.
At Fonte Enterprise, we strictly follow all laws under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to ensure each dispute is compliant and legitimate.

Is Credit Repair Legal?

Absolutely ✅ Credit repair is completely legal in the U.S.
We operate under federal consumer protection laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable State Finance Codes.
Because most credit reports contain some form of inaccuracy, we help ensure your information is represented fairly and accurately.

How Does Split Payment Work?

We offer Split Pay on Done-For-You (DFY) services — meaning you pay 50% upfront for setup, audit, and onboarding, and the remaining 50% after your verified Round 1 results are received (typically 30–45 days later).

When Is the Second Payment Due?

After we’ve completed your first round of disputes and verified your initial results, your second payment will automatically process through your client portal.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Refunds are only allowed before work begins.
Once onboarding starts and dispute letters are generated, refunds are no longer available.
If a false chargeback occurs, a $500 fee applies and may be sent to collections.

Can I Cancel My Services?

Yes. You have up to 3 business days (or as your state law allows) to cancel for a full refund if no consultation or credit audit has occurred.
Refer to your signed “Notice of Right to Cancel” for full terms.

Can I Rejoin After My Account Is Closed?

Yes. You can rejoin anytime by paying a $250 reinstatement fee plus any unpaid balance.

What Happens If I Miss a Payment?

If payment is more than 5 days late and credit monitoring is inactive, your account can be dismissed.
If your monitoring remains active, you’ll receive a 5-day grace period.
At 10 days past due, your case will be paused and your client portal access revoked.

Do You Work on Weekends?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday.
All client messages are handled via the secure client portal to ensure proper documentation and protection of your case.

Can You Dispute New Negatives That Appear Later?

Yes — new accounts added to your credit report after onboarding can be disputed for a $75 per-item fee, paid in full at the time of submission.

What Happens If My Credit Monitoring Stops?

Active credit monitoring is required for ongoing updates and report pulls.
If it stops, your case may be paused or dismissed until reactivated.

How Long Does Credit Repair Take?

Results start showing in about 35–45 days after your first round of disputes.
A full repair process typically takes 4–6 months, depending on your report’s complexity.

Do You Offer Credit Consultations?
